Happy 4th of July!

Poor Mike had to work, so we were solo, but nonetheless stayed busy all day long celebrating "Merica's 234th Birfday!"

Despite last night's super late bedtime (11:00 PM), both Ella and Aidan were up by 6:20 AM. We had a lazy morning in our PJ's and then met my good friend Amy for lunch at PF Changs. 

We then had a nice little tricycle ride where we visited our neighbor's lemonade stand for refreshments.

After naps, we headed over to the Parkers for a family cookout where Ella and Aidan had fun playing badminton with their cousins....

....and had a special private dinner with Sally and Buzz Lightyear.

Everyone had a geat time and Ella and Aidan (and Mommy!) were exhausted and literally collapsed after baths.
