Once again, we spent the morning on the beach playing in the sand and the surf.
We were all pretty much tired of the water park, since all Ella and Aidan would do was the lazy river, so we decided to head back to the room, get cleaned up and head out to lunch.
We ended up at Broadway at the Beach where the kids had a blast chasing ducks, looking at fish and watching the volcano erupt at the putt-putt place. After lunch we treated ourselves to ice cream!
After naps we headed back down to the beach - and this time, Aidan was in his element and had so much fun! Finally, he opened up and laughed, smiled, ran around and let loose!
Aidan and Ella developed thier own little game of running in circles yelling "Ahhhhhh" - and everyone was watching them and laughing, commenting at how darn cute they were! They also had lots of fun just sitting and playing in the tidepools.
After baths and a nice dinner, we all watched television for a little while and just relaxed after a long day at the beach!
