Birthday Crowns

Earlier in the school year, the first of Ella & Aidan's classmates turned three. When someone turns three, they get to decorate their own crown and wear it for the school day. Ever since that first birthday celebration of the year, Ella and Aidan have asked constantly about when they will get their crowns. The poor dears have had to wait nearly the entire school year - they are the last of their classmates to turn three!

We had been talking all week about bringing in cupcakes for their friends in school and every time I mentioned it, they would both scream with joy at the thought of getting their crowns.

Today was finally their day and sure enough, they are beyond thrilled with their new crowns - Miss Phyllis and Miss Kellie informed me that that both Ella and Aidan wore them all day, playground and all!

So, without further ado, here are the little Princess and Prince in their beloved crowns!
