Despite the age difference (Abby and Alex will be five in just a few weeks), our two duos have become fast friends and play together fantastically!

Later that evening Opa and Grandma Shushi arrived and were welcomed by two very excited little kids!
The rest of the holiday weekend was spent taking long walks on the greenway....
....throwing rocks into the stream....
....resting on a bench....
....spotting deer....
....riding tricycles....
....and eating ice cream.
It was a wonderful holiday weekend, and everyone was sad to say goodbye to Opa and Grandma Shushi yesterday afternoon.
