We wound up trying something new and stayed off the beach in a marina at Dick Keffer's condo (free trumps $200 a night any day!).
It was fabulous and the view of the marina was breathtaking. Ella and Aidan loved all of the boats, as did little Miss Lauren!
We spent lots of time at the yacht club hot tub and pool....
... and did cannon ball after cannon ball, after cannon ball....
The beach was fun and enjoyed by all....
A certain someone proved that she has absolutely no fear of the water, much like her big brother did when he was at this same age....
We also made a trip to visit Alligator Adventure. Lauren has proved to us that she adores every kind of animal, as she greets every one with an enthusiastic "Hi!!!"
The kids all visited their first lighthouse (can you spot Lauren at the base?)....
....and we enjoyed sunsets on the marina each night.
