Sunday Rebound - Part One!

Today was one full day of family F-U-N!

We began the morning by visiting Founders Hall to see the Bearstein Orchestra. Sadly, this was pretty much a repeat of last year's visit and was not much of a success for our little duo. They were less than impressed and not willing to get anywhere near the bears unless they were tucked safely in our arms.

They did; however, thoroughly enjoy riding the escalators and running around the wide open hallways of the adjacent buildings.

On our way back to the car, we witnessed the light rail pass by, and Aidan instantly became obsessed with "riding the train". Light rail = light bulb going off in Mommy & Daddy's head!

So, after an early brunch at Trio (one of our favorite Sunday spots) off we went to ride light rail for the first time!

Aidan was in pure heaven! Ella, on the other hand, took about 45 minutes into the trip to even peel her head up off of my chest! Once she gave it a chance, she wound up enjoying the ride (can you see the one single tear in the close up picture?)!

Looks like fun! Wait until they get a chance to "ride" on the moving sidewalks in the airport. Talk about a great way to entertain the kiddos;)Dana
