I love October.
October I settle in.
And settle down.
And enjoy the quiet.
I love taking walks with Ella and Aidan through the neighborhood and local greenways - it's just SO beautiful out that I cannot stand to be indoors.
Not to mention the pumpkins!
Every time I'm outside I just feel so grateful for my life and how blessed I am. I am so grateful to have a loving husband and two children whom I hope feel at home each time they walk in that door.
The sun is shining, the school buses are roaring by, leaves are crunching, there's a cool, quiet breeze and a certain stillness in the air.
I'd make October last forever if I could.
Our Disney trip has come to an end and we are back to our normal daily life. It was an amazing trip, and I took well over 600 photos! With that many special moments to review and edit, it may be a while before I will post about the trip as I am a perfectionist at heart and want everything to look perfect.
So, for now, a little teaser will just have to suffice!
We spent a wonderful morning at Hunter Farms today with our dear friends, Adams and Henry.
We played in the pumpkins....
....watched the tractors....
....took a hayride down to the petting barn....
....fed a few goats and sheep....
....and picked out our own little pumpkins to take home!

Ella and Aidan will visit them in person!
PS - there will be no blog posts for roughly a week while we visit the happiest place on earth!
